This hit the spot! The food is excellent in every way. My husband and I enjoyed the folks serving the food and the cozy atmosphere of the dining area. If you are hungry for Barbecue go here, the food is excellent. We ordered brisket, ribs and smoked turkey breast. We will return.
We waited in line for over an hour at the bbq place next door and weren’t even close to being able to order. So we hopped over to Brother-N-Law and were so happy we did! The brisket was delicious. We got moist and lean and both were tender, great crust, and perfect flavor. We also got the smoked sausage and the jalapeno cheddar sausage and both were great. My partner preferred the smoked and I liked the jalapeno which had a nice kick but wasn’t too spicy. Service was great and everyone was friendly. We literally walked in, ordered, and sat down in less than 5 minutes. Everything, plus two drinks and a tip came out to about 30 which feels like a steal compared to Dallas. We would absolutely go back again!
Excellent BBQ spot in Cloudcroft, NM. My goto BBQ is usually a pulled pork sandwich. I ordered coleslaw and baked beans as my sides. Both were delicious. The owner, who made my sandwich, recommended putting some of the coleslaw on my sandwich. That was a great suggestion! Just know that the coleslaw was some horseradish in it, which I liked. Atmosphere is exactly what I want in a BBQ resistant. Feels like you are inside a BBQ pit when dining inside. Be warned, the sandwiches are generously sized!
Took the long route on a drive to get some time in the mountains. Was early lunchtime when I stopped, so they had yet to get busy. Got the sliced brisket sandwhich with a side of Mac & Cheese. Brisket was moist and had great flavor. By the time I thought to take a pic of the food, it was GONE. I took that first bite and just enjoyed it till it was gone. I hope your experience is the same. OMG! This is an amazing restaurant! My fiance and I were looking for something delicious to eat. I'm pretty sure I made an excellent choice. I ordered a plate of sliced brisket, cole slaw, and corn on the cob. Also, I ordered a key lime pie. Btw, it's the BEST key lime pie that I have ever tasted.
Brother in Laws is the best BBQ in New Mexico! The food is always consistently delicious, the portions are generous, but the best part is the atmosphere the staff and owner create! The picture is of the owner taking time discussing the menu and getting to know his customers! In a world of poor customer service this is really a shining star and example of how a business should be! Thank you for an amazing meal, but more so being a good human! We will be back again and again!
Felt like an old town country restaurant atmosphere, in a good way! Owners were very sweet and food was incredible! I would definitely come back here again for that brisket sandwich and ribs.
